The Residential Consultancy was established by Andrew Nickless in 2003.
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer.
Andrew cut his teeth working for a large regional company, established the residential department for an international corporate firm, became a Director of a Regional Development company and subsequently established the Residential Consultancy.
The Residential Consultancy is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, specialising in the provision of Valuations, Surveys, Condition Reports, Single Fault Assesments and general property advice for clients.
